Privacy Policy
PDF Pro is designed as a local-first PDF utility. The current production build does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud-processing, or payment SDKs.
Files and document content
PDF files, images, signatures, passwords, and document content selected or created in PDF Pro are processed locally on the device. The app does not transmit those files or their contents to the developer.
Camera and selected images
Camera access is used only when you deliberately choose the Scan to PDF feature. Images are accessed only when you choose them through the Android system picker for PDF creation. PDF Pro does not scan your photo library in the background.
Storage and saved files
Generated files may remain temporarily in application storage or cache while you work with them. When you choose Download, Share, a destination folder, or automatic saving, PDF Pro stores or passes the generated result only according to that action.
If you share a document with another application or service, the privacy practices of that receiving application or service apply after the file leaves PDF Pro.
Data collection and sharing
The current production build does not collect, sell, or share personal data with the developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers. It does not use behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.
Passwords and signatures
Passwords entered for PDF protection or unlocking are used locally for the requested operation. Drawn signatures are processed locally and embedded into the PDF only when you choose to apply them. PDF Pro does not send passwords or signatures to the developer.
Third-party components
PDF Pro uses software libraries for Android functionality and local PDF processing. In the current production build these components are not used by PDF Pro to transmit your documents to a remote processing service, advertising provider, or analytics provider.
Retention and deletion
Temporary application files can be removed by Android, by application cleanup, or when the app is uninstalled. Files that you deliberately save outside the app remain in the destination you selected until you delete them there.
Security
Local processing reduces unnecessary transmission of document content, but no device or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device and choosing appropriate recipients when sharing documents.
Children
PDF Pro is a general productivity utility and is not specifically directed to children. The current production build does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future release introduces accounts, cloud services, analytics, advertising, payments, or other data collection, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated before that release.
